In keeping with the lo-fi love, here are Brooklyn’s finest, the Vivian Girls and their rendition of 50’s girl group Chantel’s ‘He’s Gone’. I’ve always personally thought that the noise-rock trio does some of the best covers (or at least cover choices) around, and this one tune is noooooo exception. But hey, it could just be me.
