2009 Favourites

It wouldn't feel complete to go on through this year without reflecting the music that's played a significant part in a majority of my life throughout last year. This is simply a list of albums, in no particular order, that I've had on heavy rotation during the past year.Albums I've often find, that I reach out to the most whenever I'm looking for something uplifting to fill in the frigid voids, the quite lulls, or the dreary emptiness that sometimes appear in life. These are records that have filled in those spaces admirably.

And no matter what the year, I'll always have a strong, visceral connection to these songs. I can put on any of these albums and it would instantly take me to that moment, to that year.

Okay, so 2009 wasn't that long ago. But can't a girl reminisce?


Chances are, these songs (particularly in this post) won't be up for long. So my advice is, grab em' while they're still up.
