If you’re reading this and you have yet to be introduced to the remarkably gifted electronic artist, Pogo, then you are in for a real treat. The music of this Perth-based artist is made up of samples from popular children movies, in the likes of Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins, and even the wonderfully adorable Pixar flick, ‘Up’. These are songs that are stitched up from chords and vocal samples, resulting in a daze-like swirling of sounds that will, (I guarantee it) sweep you off your feet in no time at all. Much of his creations can be equated to a pleasant dream sequence, with all the sound effect and textures that builds up into an ethereal vision. It’s simply a joy to listen to, without a doubt.

Here are four songs which I think are his most successful to date. And right about after you have had the pleasure of listening to the songs, is when you get hit by that sudden realization of ‘Why The Hell Didn’t I Think Of That??’

No? Just me then.
